Are your gold and platinum
teeth dental appliances?
Our
gold and platinum teeth are removable caps that attach to your
teeth, but they should be considered jewelry, not
dental appliances. You should remove your gold or platinum
teeth when eating or sleeping.
How long will it take to get my teeth after
I order?
Once we receive your impressions
(mold), we need one day to manufacture your teeth. We will
ship them to you the day following receipt of your impressions. For
example, let's say you order on Monday. We will ship your mold
kit the same day (Monday) if your order is received before 3:00
pm CT. Then let's say you send
your mold back to us on Tuesday and we receive it on Wednesday. We
would ship your finished teeth on Thursday.
What is your return policy?
We employ certified dental technicians
at our lab to ensure that your teeth are made to the highest standards, but
since each grill is custom made to fit your mouth, we do not accept returns. Of
course, if we make a mistake on your order, we will promptly remake your teeth
at no additional cost to you. We want you to be happy with your purchase,
and we'll do our best to make sure that you are. We have customer service
representatives available to help you by phone from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm Monday
- Saturday, and from 12:00 noon to 6:00 pm Sunday.
How do I clean my grillz?
You should clean your grillz regularly using a toothbrush and mouthwash.
